The catering service is continuing its efforts to reduce the impact of its activities on the environment. All areas of the supply chain have been transformed: short circuit and recycled products have replaced all non-recoverable materials.
Real glass-wear is used to serve cold drinks, whilst hot drinks are served in porcelain or bamboo cups with stirrers. The latest innovation is that the CID bottles are now 100% eco-responsible from collection in France to the recycling of the cardboard and aluminium packaging: “Each year we order over 10,000 bottles for events that are organised in our congress centre. We have used packaging that meets the needs of our business: our 50cl bottles are recyclable, light, re-closable and made from eco-responsible material. No more plastic bottles in the catering service!
“Our clients are increasingly aware of the environmental impact of their events. They are looking for simple solutions to put into place to be able to reduce the carbon footprint and non-recyclable materials”. For this event you can go everywhere by foot and the catering is sustainable, two major arguments which influence the decisions of our clients.
