At the Deauville Congress Centre, 100% of the coffee breaks are organised by the catering service with an average of two coffee breaks for every event. The C.I.D provided 100 800 coffee breaks for business events last year.

With regard to sustainable development, performance goes beyond requirements. The C.I.D works with local and regional producers. Pastries are made by bakeries situated close to the C.I.D, ensuring fresh products for clients, support for the economy, low carbon footprint for deliveries. Tableware is reusable or renewable, cups are made from bamboo, coffee stirrers from wood and fruit juice in glass bottles.
The C.I.D uses the same policy for company cocktails, far reaching measures in order to obtain zero waste.
