The C.I.D has chosen D-Impulse to work on its new website. This agency, based in Rouen and specialised in digital marketing, had the task of adapting the codes of the graphic charter to ensure consistency with existing supports, and to give elegance and dynamism to the new website. The website on which you are now navigating is a result of this successful collaboration. 

The challenge was that the C.I.D has a wide range of client profiles with specific expectations : professionals who wish to organise their events at the congress centre and the general public who visit the CID for shows, trade fairs, festivals… It was thus important to offer two distinct user experiences accessible via the hub or the homepage. 

For professionals, the contents have been designed to inform organisers about events, trade shows and gala evenings. The representation of the disposition of the spaces is very important and helps the client to imagine the areas : the 3D plan and the virtuel tours are valuable tools that are highlighted. Finally, the team, offers, blog and customer opinion pages demonstrate the vitality, transparency and seriousness of the C.I.D team. 

The general public will quickly familiarise themselves with the programme page which provides information about forthcoming  conferences, shows and festivals at the CID. The ticket office is directly accessible via the main menu to allow accustomed visitors to rapidly reserve their places.
