The Generali has called upon the C.I.D for several years to organise its regional events. We talked to Olivier Guillôme, regional IFNE manager, during the Ile de France Congress.
The event, organised last March, reunited 550 people. On the programme : an award ceremony in the Michel D’Ornano auditorium and a gala dinner in the Hall 1 Tennis.

  • Why choose Deauville and its Congress Centre ?

We regularly entrust the organisation of our regional congress to the CID. We have developed a good relationship, both in the preparation of the event and in its realisation. The venue is well situated and the equipment is cutting-edge. (Video, sound, rooms, reception areas).

  • How did the preparation of the Congress go ?

Mathieu (marketing team) came to our headquarters in Saint Denis with Jean (technical team) to talk about our needs. The propsition was very detailled and we were able to analyse every item. Mathieu was perfectly able to manage any points of contention and bring us explanations and solutions. There was constant communication. We were very well accompanied by Jean’s team on the day of the event.

  • According to you, what are the main advantages of the C.I.D ?

The Convention Centre is a well situated venue. There are great facilities and there is a warmer welcome than in conventional congress centres. The marketing and technical teams communicate to make the event a success. There is a vast hotel capacity close by.
